BERAPA DOS VIT C WE NEED PER DAY?

salam..tkngantuk lak mlm ni..trus trpk nk tanya kat sini..if pg esok ada yg trbaca..blehla bg pndpt..just trtanya2 ja..dh ramai sgt konfius pasal dos yg betul utk vitamin c..ni pulak SHAKLEE kuarkan yg br 922 mg.padahal b4 ni kita dok suggest mkn sebiji ja-500mg per day.so trdiam bila org tanya if skang dh up smpai 922mg dh bersamaan 2 biji jugak tu..dulu xdigalakkn mkn 2 biji kecuali masalah kronik..hmm..

kwn sy br pergi klinik..then sorg dr. ni tanya ada amik vitamin or supplement pa2 x..then dia jwb ada.vitamin c shaklee 500mg..then dr. tu ckp bhya for ur kidney..for normal person hanya 100mg per day..so,skang dia dh stop mkn vitamin c shaklee sbb tkt bhyakan kesihatan..

tp setahu sy..kita boleh mkn at least maximum dosage 2000mg per day.
